Job Description
As a Returns Clerk at Tiger Brands, you will be responsible for managing and documenting stock returns, compiling daily reconciliation reports, and ensuring the accuracy of stock records. Your duties will include:
- Capturing and comparing driver claims and returns from late trucks.
- Counting returns from CS/GT and separating them accordingly.
- Documenting returns per claim per route and completing claims, returns, and back-to-stock books.
- Receiving and counting depot returns per route.
- Counting good stock for back-to-stock purposes and separating damages for recording.
- Verifying claims with stock and documenting claim numbers.
- Balancing the returns reconciliation daily and reconciling stock.
- Data capturing of returns, claims, and back-to-stock on the system per route.
- Filing driver/customer claims daily.
- Investigating unprocessed claims and maintaining data archives for old or recharge invoices.
- Addressing queries from settlements and reconciling returns in the damages room daily.
- Processing depot returns and claims per route and attending to depot queries.
- Reconciling depot returns on recon.
