Minimum Requirements

Key Responsibilities
As a Grants Administrator, your duties will include:
- Assisting in the administration of social grants at the local office.
- Providing exceptional customer care services.
- Screening and processing all grant applications efficiently.
- Conducting quality control on applications.
- Managing medical, beneficiary maintenance, and payment processes.
- Ensuring compliance with Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3).
