Requirements

To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum education: Grade 10.
  • Valid driver’s license (light vehicle).

Key Duties

As a Messenger, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing messenger services to the Divisional Commissioner’s office.
  • Driving and delivering documents, mail, and parcels.
  • Keeping records of collected documents and ensuring receipts are acknowledged.
  • Completing vehicle logbooks and submitting monthly returns.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.
