Qualifying Criteria
To qualify for the Marsh McLennan learnership, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a Matric/Grade 12 certificate with English as a first or second language and Maths or Maths Literacy.
- Be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 25 years old.
- Reside in or close to the available location.
- Have a Matric certificate and/or statement of results as proof of passing Matric in 2023 or prior.
- Not have previously participated in any SETA funded initiative.
- Not be engaged in any post-Matric studies or formal employment.
