Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Assist clients with account opening and betting queries.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
- Sales & Marketing
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales and activations.
- Explain and demonstrate mobile products and services to potential customers.
- Promote mobile campaigns to increase sign-ups and sales.
- FICA Compliance
- Ensure customers submit correct FICA documents (e.g., clear ID) for account opening.
- Betting Assistance
- Encourage new customers to utilize sign-up bonuses for betting.
- Demonstrate how to use the mobile application for betting.
- Promotions & Outreach
- Arrange displays at outlets, events, and promotions to attract new customers.
- Roam between branches and stores as operational needs require.
- Training & Reporting
- Complete weekly training sessions (Moodle, Bet Strike, Voice Note Training, Trainers on Wheels).
- Maintain records of sales activities and report progress to management.
Requirements
Essential:
- Matric Certificate.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Prior work experience as a promoter or in a similar role.
