Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products by providing advice and guidance.
• Fulfill customer orders and process payments in-store.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints.
• Suggest suitable substitutes for unavailable or discontinued products.
• Report any issues related to customers, stock shortages, or subpar products to management.
• Ensure special instructions from customers are accurately followed.
