Internship Positions and Qualifications
Payroll
- Qualification: BA in Business Administration, BCom in Human Resources, Accounting, or similar fields.
- Experience: Advanced MS Excel (advantageous).
Payroll Analytics
- Qualification: BSc IT or other quantitative degree.
- Experience: MSSQL (advantageous), Advanced MS Excel (advantageous).
Data Analyst
- Qualification: Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Engineering, or Informatics.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn programming languages.
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Statistical programming experience in Python, R, or SAS (beneficial).
Motor Assessing
- Qualification: Matric or equivalent; 1-year certificate or higher in Automotive/Mechanical or related fields.
IT Help Desk
- Qualification: Diploma in Information Technology/Information Systems (3-4 years) or relevant IT qualification.
- Additional Requirement: A+ Certificate required.
Human Capital
- Qualification:
- Matric and a degree or diploma in Human Resource Development, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, BCom Law, or LLB.
