The National Office of the Chief Justice, located in Midrand, is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Administration Clerk: HRD & PMDS. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to Human Resource Development (HRD) and Performance Management and Development System (PMDS) processes.

Minimum Requirements
- Essential:
- Matric Certificate.
- Added Advantage:
- Three-year National Diploma/Degree in HRM, Public Administration, or an equivalent qualification at NQF level 6 with 360 credits (recognized by SAQA).
- Valid driver’s license.
- PERSAL knowledge (shortlisted candidates will be required to submit PERSAL certificate/results).
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of HRM/D legislation and policies.
- Understanding of HRD and PMDS concepts.
- Familiarity with the legislation and frameworks governing the public service.
- Batho Pele principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (computer literacy).
- Key Skills:
- Communication, problem-solving, and project management.
- Analytical and report writing.
- Presentation, organizing, and planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for Human Resource Management and Development processes.
- Administer internal bursary processes within OCJ.
- Manage the departmental induction program.
- Support PMDS administration and performance moderation.
- Facilitate the implementation of performance incentives.
- Deliver general administrative support services.
