Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Prior work experience as a promoter or in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
Duties:
- Assist clients with account setup and betting queries.
- Drive sales and activations by demonstrating mobile products and services.
- Promote mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and sign-ups.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and report progress to management.
- Set up displays at events and promotions to attract potential customers.
- Assist customers with submitting FICA documents (e.g., clear ID) for new accounts.
- Train new customers on using the mobile application and sign-up bonuses.
- Maintain a tidy work area and ensure safekeeping of mobile equipment.
- Complete weekly training programs (e.g., Moodle, bet strike).
- Travel between branches and stores as operational needs dictate.
