Job Summary
The Telematics Administrator will oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of telematics systems, ensuring efficient operation and seamless user experience. This role includes managing technical systems, creating client profiles, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and maintaining emergency contact information.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage client profiles on various platforms.
- Activate billing systems and ensure accurate unit information is loaded.
- Manage telematics systems for accurate data collection and analysis.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance telematics performance.
- Administer IoT/Sigfox panic systems.
- Execute tasks such as unit renaming, serial number scanning, and warranty processes.
- Perform bulk uploads and manage B2C portals.
- Monitor unit statuses, battery levels, and generate reports.
- Handle device linking/de-linking and escalations.
- Coordinate with Amber support desk for technical resolutions.
- Be available for afterhours support when required.
- Undertake additional ad hoc tasks as needed.

- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
