Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Completed Matric (high school diploma)
- At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Computer literate with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute and 90% accuracy
- Willingness to work on a 24/7 shifting schedule, including rest days, holidays, weekends, and extended hours
Duties
- Handle client concerns through inbound and outbound voice calls, email, chat, and social media
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, or orders by accurately entering data into support tools
- Deliver excellent customer experiences and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Establish a positive rapport with every caller to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Ensure high-quality output is maintained throughout each interaction
- Adhere to all steps in the support process and take responsibility for tasks and deliverables
- Engage effectively with customers, including deescalating irate customers
- Adapt to a rapidly changing work environment and handle multiple tasks independently
