Pepsico’s Apprenticeship Programme 2024 aims to equip participants with comprehensive training in mechanical and electrical engineering. The selected apprentices will undergo a structured learning journey, which includes:
- Pre-learning Assessments: Undergoing learner readiness assessments as required.
- Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Assessment Process: Evaluating prior knowledge and skills to tailor the training programme accordingly.
