Requirement:

Adult Basic Education and Training (ABET level 2-Grade 5).
Recommendations: Working knowledge in food services, preparing food and
working with industrial kitchen equipment; Ability to work shifts, weekends and
public holidays. Competencies: Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety
Act, the Hazard Analysis Critical Control points (HACCP) and good safety
points; Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team; Communication
skills (written and verbal); Work under pressure
