Internship Details
- Position: GraduatAe Intern
- Stipend: R7,450.75 per month
- Duration: 24 months (2025 – 2027)

Key Requirements
To qualify for this internshipsA, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen, aged 34 years or younger.
- Hold a 3-year Diploma or Degree (NQF 6 or 7) in one of the following fields:
- Financial Management, Accounting, Internal Audit, Taxation
- Human Resource Management/Development, Industrial Psychology
- Public Management/Administration, Communication
- Psychology/Social Work
- Archives/Records Management, Information Technology
- Women and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.

Positions are available in the following directorates and districts:
- Head Office: Employee Relations, Recruitment, Financial Accounting, Examinations, Internal Control, and more.
- Rural Districts: Cape Winelands, Eden & Central Karoo, Overberg, West Coast.
- Metro Districts: Metro East, Metro North, Metro South, Metro Central.
Responsibilities
Interns will be responsible for:
- Assisting staff with general office duties, including:
- Research
- Data entry
- Filing
- Coordination
- Providing administrative support to the designated office.

Knowledge and Skills
Applicants should demonstrate:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective written and verbal communication in at least two official languages of the Western Cape.
- Ability to gather and process information efficiently.
