Eligibility Criteria
- Unemployed South African citizens who have completed a UNISA qualification equivalent to NQF level 6 or above.
- No formal work experience in the field of application.
- Applicants who were previously appointed at UNISA or any other organization are not eligible.
- Age requirement: 35 years or younger.
- Applications for multiple positions must be submitted individually.
Competencies Sought
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office 365 and internet usage).
- Strong communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work under supervision and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Confidentiality, problem-solving skills, and commitment.
