Sassa client’s experienced payments issues here’s a statement issued by the South African Social Security Agency addressing Social and asocial relief grant .

Postbank has released a statement explaining why sassa beneficiaries are struggling to withdraw their funds .They said that they are experiencing technical challenges in the payments . The technical challenges also affect some SASSA SRD R350 withdrawals within retailers.They apologised for the inconvenience and challenges that this technical issue poses to our valued SASSA grants customers.

They asked the beneficiaries to be patient and also assured them that Postbank's technical teams are working around the clock to resolve the issue.This issue did not affect the people who get their grant at the Post Offices.Postbank will alert all beneficiaries when the issue is resolved.
