Duties and Responsibilities
Education Assistants (EAs)
- Classroom Support:
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and presentation.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a conducive learning environment.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Grade assignments and record marks.
- Organize and distribute learning materials.
- Maintain student records and attendance logs.
- Extracurricular Activities:

- Technical Assistance:

- Education Assistants (EAs): Must have at least a Matric qualification. Funza Lushaka graduates are encouraged to apply and do not need a Matric.
