SALB Audio Production Internship 2025 | A 12-Month Opportunity for Unemployed Graduates
The South African Library for the Blind (SALB) in Makhanda, Eastern Cape, is inviting South African unemployed graduates to apply for its Audio Production Internship Programme 2025. This 12-month internship starts on 6 January 2025 and is funded by the Mpumalanga Provincial Department of Sports, Arts, and Culture. It aims to address unemployment among youth, women, and persons with disabilities by providing hands-on experience in the Audio Production Section.

What to Expect from This Internship

Eligibility Requirements
- Education:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- N6 or higher-level qualification in administration and/or audio/sound engineering.
- Languages:
- Fluency in Setswana/Sesotho and effective communication in English.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in audio/sound engineering (advantageous).
- Other:
- Must pass a voice test for narration duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify audio books for quality and accuracy.
- Provide administrative support in the Audio Production Section.
- Perform narration when required.
