The Local Choice Pharmacy Head office requires a Promotions Administrator, to ensure accurate and timeous administration of promotional activities.

Essential:

Grade 12 / Matric
1-2 years experience within promotions and FMCG
Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Outlook
Advantageous:

Diploma in Marketing
Retail Pharmacy experience
Promotional administration experience

Job Description:
Ensure promotional campaigns run timeously according to promotional calendar
Ensure correct administration and execution of all activities relating to all promotional campaigns
Ensure all stakeholders receive information and artwork pertaining to promotional campaigns
Determine promotion targets based on sales history and ensure promotion leads to growth in all channels
Engage with and resolve any promotional queries with suppliers such as wrong pricing, out of stocks, conflicts duplicate promotions
Collaborate with suppliers, CJ Marketing and Digital Teams to ensure products are advertised correctly
Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Ecommerce & Loyalty Coordinator on planning of all promotions
Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Escalate any unresolved queries to Marketing Manager and Ecommerce & Loyalty Coordinator
Export the post-promotions analysis report to management for review
Resolve, and escalate customer queries relating to promotions
Adhere to The Local Choice and Standard Operating Procedures
Adhere to Health and Safety rules and regulations
