Job Description
Key Competency Requirements
- Academic Requirements:
- June 2024 results: Life Science/Biology ≥ 50% WITH Mathematics ≥ 40% or Math Literacy ≥ 60%.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Basic understanding of Afrikaans.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Effective teamwork and independent work capability.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a rigorous study schedule.
- Strong work ethic and responsiveness to customer needs.
- Willingness to collect and process blood and body products.
- Capability to provide excellent service.
- Flexibility to work shifts and after hours as needed.
Selection Process
- Screening: Evaluation of applications and academic results.
- Proficiency Tests: Shortlisted candidates will undergo online tests.
- Interviews: Top scorers will be invited for panel interviews.
