NASTASSJA JANSEN is a former employee for Gs4 .She has been recently released on a bail of  R10k .She is one of the guards that was on duty when Thabo Bester escaped from prison .

She has been working for Gs4 for over 7 years .She was interviewed by a lot of journalists when she got home from jail.

On one of the interviews she explained what really happened on the day that the incident happened.She said that it all started as smoke in Thabo Bester’s cell and since she is not allowed to open a cell she waited for her supervisor to tell her to do so .

we Accused No 1 Matsoara told her to opened the cell so she did that . When the investigation of the cases started she said that she knew that she was going to be dismissed because the director of Gs4 threatened her .

NASTASSJA JANSEN went to jail for 29 days because the Gs4 said that she gave them false information and she helped Bester to escape.They said that she opened the door for him .On her side of the story she said that she would never help someone who is a convicted rapist because she has two daughters.
