Job Description
The Administration Clerk in Organisational Development will support the implementation and maintenance of the approved organisational structure within the OCJ. This includes:
- Providing efficient administrative activities to the unit.
- Reviewing departmental job descriptions.
- Assisting in the job evaluation process.
- Ensuring adherence to Organisational Development principles and procedures.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric). A National Diploma in Management Services/Work Study or an equivalent qualification at NQF level 6 with 360 credits recognized by SAQA will be an added advantage.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of Organisational Development principles and job evaluation processes.
- Familiarity with grading systems and change management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, OrgPlus, and Visio.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
