Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Higher certificate – NQF Level 5.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of reception experience in a hospital or clinic environment.
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Knowledge of Medical Schemes.
