Job Responsibilities
Seek opportunities to enhance business processes; models and systems by distinguishing and recommending effective ways that to work and adding worth to Nedbank.
Contribute to the Nedbank Quants coaching Programme by pro-actively taking part in programme committees/structures (E.g. selling committee, achievement committee and social committee). this is often known as ‘programme involvement’. the target of this participation is to boost their personal and skilled development while adding worth to the Nedbank Quants coaching Programme.
Ensure business desires ar met by partaking and helping business through face to face interaction and group action at forums and committees
Assist the business to deal with queries by extracting and analysing information.
Ensure continuity and content through documenting and recording processes and models.
Ensure compliance to policy through information analysis and observance.
Establish understanding of processes by bridging the gap between operational and analytical ideas through communication.
Improve personal capability and keep au fait developments in field of experience by distinguishing coaching courses and career progression for self through input and feedback from managers still as sharing data and trade trends with the team
Contribute to a culture contributive to the accomplishment of transformation goals by taking part in Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g. employees surveys etc).
