MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• N4 Technical Certificate or NCV Level 4 (Electrical\Mechanical\Instrumentation)
• Knowledgeable in Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation basics
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge and understanding of production process is essential
• Very good technical abilities with a strong work ethic
• Ability to identify problems and/or challenges – very methodical in finding solutions
• Ability to work independently
• Adhering to Factory Housekeeping standards
• Health and safety
• Assist with shutdown and maintenance
• Leadership skills
• Practical or experimental training will be an added advantage
