Makhadzi the famous artist who recently won an award for best Southern African female artist on Metro FM awards 2023 cries out for help. Makhadzi says that she signed a contract with Open Mic for three years and she recently got an email saying that her contract was renewed. She says that she has been asking for copy of the contract for the past 3 year and they didn’t respond.

She says that the contract was renewed without her knowledge . Which is against the law because when a contract is been concluded both parties should be present and they should sign it while understanding the terms and conditions of the contract. A contract should be in understandable language if they were offering her Auto-renewable contract they should have made it clear to her because while signing a contract both parties should have the same intentions. It doesn’t look like Makhadzi knew what she was getting herself into .Makhadzi tweeted about the whole situation.

She also posted that she never got a cent from the sales of her albums.Which is not fair since she is the one singing on the songs.This is the second time Makhadzi is being treated this way firstly it was Rita Dee entertainment.
