Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Transport staff between venues and events
• Collect mail and distribute thereof
• Support the Governance offices
• Maintain, safe keep, inspect and clean the company vehicles
• Keep file, diary and travel logbook of daily activities
• Assist with the identification of areas to display posters and flyers. Load and unload organization’s merchandize
• Transport products, materials, and staff securely to areas where they are needed
