Selection Process

1️⃣ Medical Fitness Exam: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a medical fitness examination at the Harmony Gold Occupational Health Centre.
2️⃣ Interview Invitation: Successful candidates will be invited for an interview.
3️⃣ Feedback Timeline: If you do not receive feedback within three months of the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.

Minimum Requirements

✅ South African Citizenship
✅ Completed Matric or Technical Matric
✅ N2 qualification with relevant trade theory
✅ Completed qualification in your chosen field
✅ Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
✅ Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transport
✅ Medically fit & in good health
✅ Strong teamwork skills & willingness to work overtime/standby duties
✅ Adherence to company policies and safety regulations
✅ Good communication skills
