Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- A postgraduate degree (master’s preferred) in:
- Engineering (all fields)
- Science
- Resource/Agricultural Economics
- Finance
- Environmental Studies
- Candidates nearing the completion of their postgraduate degree are also encouraged to apply.
Knowledge and Experience:
- No prior professional experience required.
- Academic research, report writing, stakeholder engagement, or project support experience is advantageous.
- Exposure to event coordination, database management, or market research is beneficial.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong research, analytical, and report writing skills.
- Effective stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis to support sustainable agriculture projects.
- Engage with stakeholders, including farmers, policymakers, and industry experts.
- Assist in coordinating events, workshops, and meetings.
- Prepare high-quality reports, publications, and documents.
- Collect data and perform market research to inform strategic planning.
- Manage databases and maintain accurate project records.
