Why is my SASSA R350 Approved but no payment
If your applications is approved with no payments dates simply updated your payments details it has been advice that clients need to use the bank account payment method.
SRD Grant application Not Approved
Your applications can be declined because of the following 6 reason
- Source of income : this when Sassa notice that you are having money or receiving money in your bank account which is more than the test income. On a Facebook article it has been said that the new test income threshold for the COVID-19 SRD has been increased from R350 to R624.
- Being employed : People who are employed are not allowed to benefit from the Srd Grant , Its only for unemployed people.
- Age restriction : Only people who are between 18- 59 years are allowed to apply for the social relief of distress grant.
- No a South African: People who are not citizen are also not allowed if they don’t have a Refugees, Asylum Seekers and Special Permit Holders .
- Nsfas and Uif : If you are a university ,college Student or UIF client will not be accepted.
If you Srd grant has been approved kindly note it will take 3 days for the money to be available in your bank account.
