The famous Dj was arrested last night for assaulting his girlfriend Thuli Phongolo .The couple started being seen together around late 2021 .The news of them dating spread throughout social media as fans were saying what they thought about their relationship. Most of their fans supported their relationship.

Last night Thuli Phongolo opened a case against her boyfriend Dj Maphorisa . She says that this all started as an argument and when she replied aggressively he slapped her and he grabbed her by her neck to the balcony .Fans are disappointed as they didn’t think Dj Maphorisa can do something like that.  As we in South Africa are trying to stop Gender based violence.Fans are waiting to hear his side of the story as you know there are always two sides of a story .

DJ Maphorisa has been granted bail. Thuli Phongolo, has issued a withdrawal statement but the Magistrate told Maphorisa that bail conditions remain effective until the charges are officially withdrawn.
