DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH ADMIN CLERK REQUIREMENT
Grade 12/ Senior Certificate, Computer literacy, 18 months experience in Radiology Patient Administration at a hospital environment.
Duties :Prepares needed patient work and electronic records for completion by department Radiologists and medical specialist. Answers phonephone, direct calls take and relay messages. Compiles daily and monthly statistics, assist in compilation waiting time, handles and retrieves previous Radiology films and reports from laptop systems and or storage areas, as requested by clinical employees, confirms patients appointments. Being awake to the patients standing within the waiting, informs the medical specialist regarding vital patients that area unit completed and watching for results. Inherent demand of the job: smart communication skills. disposition to figure shifts that embrace weekends, public holidays similarly as overtime on short notice.
