DebtBusters is part of our IDM Group and is now seeking Inbound Call Centre Consultants. The successful candidate will become the “voice of DebtBusters” and the first point of contact for our clients. The candidate must be highly efficient, detail orientated, self-motivated, and eager to learn, as well as be a team player on all levels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12;
• 1 year of customer service experience in a contact centre (Preferably Financial Services);
• Additional tertiary or related qualifications will be advantageous.
