- Enhance clients' lives by providing excellent service and offering the right banking solutions to meet their needs.
- Use Capitec's Global One product range to support clients in managing their financial needs and help them achieve better living standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch client service at all times.
- Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist clients with banking queries and provide tailored advice based on their needs.
- Process client transactions and offer relevant financial products.
Requirements to Apply
- Minimum Education:
- Grade 12 (National Certificate/Vocational).
Ideal:
- Knowledge of bank branch environments
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal)
