What to Expect in This Role

As a Service Consultant, you will:

  1. Client Service: Provide excellent client service, fulfilling and exceeding clients' needs with Capitec's Global One product offering.
  2. Sales & Engagement: Engage with clients, address their queries, and promote banking products to enhance their banking experience.
  3. Collaboration: Work with your team to achieve service goals and contribute to the growth of Capitec Bank.

Role Description

  • Main Purpose:
    • Enhance clients' lives by providing excellent service and offering the right banking solutions to meet their needs.
    • Use Capitec's Global One product range to support clients in managing their financial needs and help them achieve better living standards.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver top-notch client service at all times.
    • Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Assist clients with banking queries and provide tailored advice based on their needs.
    • Process client transactions and offer relevant financial products.

Requirements to Apply

  • Minimum Education:
    • Grade 12 (National Certificate/Vocational).

Ideal:

  • Knowledge of bank branch environments
  • Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal)

  • Communications Skills
  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills

Skills Needed

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and engage clients.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Basic Calculations: Ability to handle basic financial calculations.
