Job Description:

As part of the Capita Learnership program, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer issues and concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively. You will work towards achieving customer and client KPI targets for all contacts received via multiple channels, while adhering to data protection legislation. Your role is crucial in delivering an excellent customer experience by providing a customer-focused, right first-time service and managing customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve customer and client KPI targets in relation to all contacts received via multiple channels.
• Ensure compliance with data protection legislation.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience by providing a customer-focused, right first-time service.
• Manage customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Respond to all contacts from both internal and external customers through all available channels.
• Accurately capture data and enter it into relevant systems.
• Support the Team Leader by mentoring and supporting team members to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency metrics within the business area (for more experienced Advisors).

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this internship, applicants must:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage customer complaints effectively.
• Attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Capability to work within a team and support team members.
• Understanding of data protection legislation.
• Experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
