CAPACITI - IT Demand Learnership in (JHB & Cape Town)
CAPACITI is currently recruiting for its IT Demand Learnership Programmes 2025 in Johannesburg and Cape Town, aimed at unemployed South African youth with Grade 12, between the ages of 18 and 34, who are passionate about building a career in the tech industry.

To apply, you need to meet the following criteria:
- South African Nationality (Born Citizenship).
- Between the age range of 18 - 34 years old.
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Experience and qualifications in IT fundamentals (Advantageous). No prior work experience needed.
- Provide your academic record and certificate of highest academic achievement.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and understanding of IT concepts (Hardware, Software, Networking).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work well in a team and independently.
- No criminal record and a clear credit history.
- Be unemployed at the time of application.
- Able to attend full-time Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00) and commit to the full 12-month IT Learnership Programme and commit to completing it.
