Available in Gauteng (Midrand, Rosslyn, and Menlyn), this initiative targets graduates aged 18–34 across various fields, such as IT, Business, Law, Marketing, Engineering, and more.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Age:

• Between 18 and 34 years old.

Qualifications:

• Must have completed a University Degree or National Diploma in one of the following fields:
  • Business & Management: Business Administration, Risk Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Political Sciences, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Business Management.
  • Law & Analytics: LLB/Law, Business Analytics, Analytics.
  • Information Technology & Design: IT (JAVA, SAP Systems, ABAP, Coding), Graphic Design (UX focus), Computer Science.
  • Finance: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Tax, Internal Auditing.
  • Engineering & Sciences: BSc/BEng/BTech in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Supply Chain & Logistics: Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
  • Education: Early Learning Centre Diploma, Teaching.

Additional Criteria:

• Applicants must be unemployed.
• Must not have participated in a previous Y4Y program.
