Job Description
As a Retail Sales Associate at Adidas, you will be responsible for supporting store management in maintaining the daily operations of the store while ensuring the highest level of customer service. Your duties will include assisting customers in finding the right products, completing sales transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their shopping needs.
- Complete regular sales transactions, including handling cash, credit, and checks.
- Assist with the flow of products from the stockroom to the sales floor, ensuring shelves are adequately stocked.
- Help develop and maintain merchandise displays as per store management guidelines.
- Safeguard company assets and stock to minimize shrinkage.
- Attain proficiency with the point-of-sale system and ensure all transactions are conducted with integrity.
- Use selling techniques to enhance sales and achieve store targets.
- Maintain general housekeeping standards to keep the store clean and organized.
