Eligibility and Requirements

Grants Administrator (Level 05)

  • Minimum Requirement: Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4), Computer Literacy is essential.
  • Added Advantage:
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Administrative/clerical experience.

Document Management Administrator

  • Minimum Requirement: Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4), coupled with 0–1 year working experience.

Duties

Grants Administrator

  • Screen and capture social grant applications.
  • Provide customer care and manage grant documentation.
  • Perform quality control on applications, ensuring compliance with PFMA standards.

Document Management Administrator

  • Capture, maintain, and retrieve files and correspondence.
  • Conduct quality assurance and ensure proper disposal of files.
