What's a Learnership:

According to seta its a structured program that combines theoretical learning with practical work experience .It is intended to give people the abilities and information need to be successful in a certain field. Through on-the-job training and mentoring, MSC's Learnership programme provides a unique opportunity to develop insightful knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry.

MSC has developed a 3 phased learnership programme namely:

1. National Certificate in International Trade.
2. National Certificate in Freight Forwarding & Customs Compliance.
3. Further Education & Training Certificate in Shipping.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered , you need to meet the following eligibility criteria:

Be a South African citizen
Hold a valid Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
Have a passion for the shipping and logistics industry
Be eager to learn and committed to personal and professional growth
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
