Requirements :

• Grade 10 or equivalent or a Grade 12 or equivalent. Some knowledge of range of work procedures including elementary clerical duties such as; Administration, Data capturing and reporting procedure, Administration procedures relating to specific working environment including norms and standards. Planning and organising. Ability to conduct basic research/ gather information. Knowledge of Procurement directives and procedures. Knowledge of statistics. Mathematical skills. Ability to perform routine tasks. Prepared to work shifts. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Package) - course certificate or studied computer as a subject. Good interpersonal relationship. Problem solving skill. Maintaining discipline. Formulation and editing. The following will be an added advantage: 2 to 5 years relevant experience, IT or Information Technology certificate. Ability to work under pressure. Have good telephone etiquette. Have good communication skills. Ability to offer the first line support on queries regarding Information technology and willingness to learn Technology, Logistics, Porters, Supply Chain, Facilities and any related Hospital processes.

Duties :

• The candidate will be responsible to capture incoming and web-logged calls into the Call Centre / help desk system. Assigns calls/ incidents to relevant technicians and / or department. Follow up on logged calls / incidents. Escalate unsolved problems. Liaise with senior staff and third parties. Follow up with client and offer assistance. Operate call centre equipment and system. Other duties related to customer service and call centre. Use any technology deemed necessary by management. Be prepared to go “extra mile “to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in directing patient related queries.
