Job Purpose:

• To perform (under Supervision) the loading of all purchase orders from outside suppliers into NAV, the creation of the unpack notices as well as the maintenance of the profitable schedules that are related to each of these transactions.
• To ensure the filing and maintenance of the procurement administrative function is maintained and in order
• To follow through with the cold stores on all pending shipments; unpacks and to ensure they are correctly received into the system correctly. Amending and correcting the above in accordance with the actual load
• To ensure the invoice (with matching GRV) is dispatched to the corresponding creditors person at the accounts division for payment processing.

Knowledge & Skills Required:
