The new mayor of Johannesburg, scammer has won elections of being a mayor , Al-Jama-ah's Kabelo Gwamanda is a new elected mayor of Johannesburg .He was accused of being a scammer by running away with people's money in the society .The new mayor received 139 votes,all in all the total number of votes was 266.

The ANC and EFF were the backing parties to Al-Jama-ah's Kabelo Gwamanda. According to his word he was an adviser at the office of Hendricks,he is a secretary of the minority parties in council .He has been always been in the election of being a mayor since 2016 until now .

How he scamming people for money

Al-Jama-ah's Kabelo Gwamanda was accused for be part of  Ponzi scheme  that scammed alot of residents .There are other people saying that he should not trusted for the mayor position as he has scammed people , with the accusations that are said to him there will be further investigation about these allegations .The mayor denies each and every allegations about him being a scammer .

The mayor has the plans to improve the quality of service in all the department and businesses .He wants to ensure that the economy of the city is boosted as he will be focusing on political stability .
