Learnership Education And Duties

• Grade 11 (or related NQF level 3 qualification),
• Grade 12 (or related NQF level 4 qualification) will be preferred,
• Maths Literacy
• English and a second language
• Keep record of all files in the department.
• Update list of files being sent to Archives.
• Ensuring that all files that are requested for and removed and signed for.
• Print Post Book and letters after each day end.
• Distribute letters to various Departmental Employees.
• Make copies of records requested.
• Education of the various departments within the Hospital and understanding each role of that department
• Handling of basic enquiries face to face / walk-ins and taking messages for Senior Management
• Completion of daily checklist within the department
• Performs general administration duties from time to time
• Performing any reasonable request, that is over and above the listed Specifications.
• Assume responsibility for own personal and professional development
• Keep up to date with Netcare’s evolving policies and procedures
